      The new Cameroonian Ambassador in Equatorial Guinea, Desire Jean Claude Owono, has officially presented his credentials before the country’s Foreign Minister.

      The ceremony took place at the departmental headquarters on Friday November 13, 2020.

      The new Ambassador it should be noted was appointed by President Paul Biya on August 28, 2020.

      He has a rich experience with the United Nations haven worked as Director of the United Nations and Decentralized Cooperation.

      He was appointed barely weeks after Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea signed a cooperation agreement on collaboration and joint action modalities of cross border security between the two nations.

      That was precisely on July 21, 2020.
